Aderans Philippines, Inc. ("Aderans Philippines"), a manufacturer of custom-made wigs for Aderans Co., Ltd. and other Aderans Group companies, is pleased to announce that 103 trainees have successfully completed a hair ventilation skills training program conducted on San Miguel Island as part of the Sustainable Livelihood Program implemented in partnership with Tabaco City, Albay Province, Philippines.
While San Miguel Island is blessed with abundant natural beauty, employment opportunities for local residents remain limited. To support job creation and workforce development, Aderans Philippines launched a one-month hair ventilation skills training program for residents of the island in December 2025. A graduation ceremony was held on July 8, 2026, where certificates were awarded to 103 trainees who successfully completed the program. Congratulatory remarks were delivered by Tabaco City Vice Mayor Glenda Boncao, Mayoral Representative Raul Roi Borejon, and Tabaco City Councilor Insit Tango. Certificate recipients who choose to participate will have the opportunity to engage in hair ventilation work for customers of the Aderans Group all over the globe.

■About the Joint Employment Creation Project with Tabaco City, Philippines
Tabaco City, located outside a major urban area in the Philippines, faces challenges in providing stable employment opportunities, particularly for women, due to limited public transportation and a lack of industries. After learning of these circumstances, Aderans Philippines entered into a partnership with Tabaco City in December 2025 and launched this project as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts in the Philippines. The project aims to create employment opportunities for local residents and improve their standard of living.
