Aderans Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and Representative Director: Hiromasa Suzuki), promoting the wellness business of hair, beauty, health, and medical care on a global scale, participated in the Los Angeles Career Forum 2026 for the third consecutive year together with its U.S. group companies. The event for Japanese-English bilinguals was held in Los Angeles on April 11 and 12.
The Los Angeles Career Forum is the only job fair for Japanese-English bilingual on the West Coast. This year's event attracted 47 companies from a wide range of industries as exhibitors and 781 visitors seeking career opportunities. Following last year's participation, the Aderans Group offered career opportunities at our headquarters in Japan as well as at four U.S. group companies.
During the company information sessions, the Group introduced its business overviews in Japan and the United States, as well as current job openings. Several executives also participated this year, including Kei Kato, Managing Executive Officer and Head of Global Corporate Strategy Planning Division at Aderans Co., Ltd.; Rob Spurrell, CEO of Bosley, a leading hair restoration company in the North American market; Dr. Ken Washenik, Chief Medical Officer of Bosley Medical Group; and Michele Avis, Chief Human Resources Officer at HairClub. By engaging directly with job seekers, they helped further strengthen the Group's presence at the event.

Throughout the event, the Group received inquiries not only about positions in the United States, but also about career opportunities at its European group companies. The Aderans Group attracted interest from individuals at a wide range of career stages, from new graduates to experienced professionals. The information sessions drew standing-room-only crowds, and some sessions attracted so many attendees that lines extended into neighboring booth areas. The Aderans Group will continue strengthening collaboration and recruiting efforts between Japan and the United States to further expand its global business and increase brand awareness in the U.S. market.
