Aderans booth welcomes high attendance again at the
Los Angeles Career Forum 2025
The only job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals on the U.S. West Coast

Aderans Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director and President: Hiromasa Suzuki), promoting the wellness business of hair, beauty, health, and medical care on a global scale, participated in the Los Angeles Career Forum 2025 as an exhibitor for the second consecutive year, together with its Group companies in the United States. This major job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals took place in Los Angeles, California, on April 19 and 20.

The Los Angeles Career Forum is the only job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals on the West Coast. The event attracted 42 companies from all types of industries as exhibitors and 630 visitors seeking career opportunities. The Aderans Group actively promotes enabling work environments where employees with diverse values and ideas can perform their best, fully leveraging their unique strengths and abilities, regardless of their backgrounds such as nationality and gender. As in the previous year, aiming to further enhance our global business in the United States, we participated in the event to recruit promising individuals with the potential to contribute to Japan-U.S. collaboration and support the growth of our global business.

This year, in response to strong interest expressed last year, we also offered career opportunities at the head office in Japan, as well as the four U.S. Group companies, to find future members to work with us. At the booth, in addition to displaying wigs and other products provided by the U.S. sales companies, we also organized a total of four information sessions over two days, offering a general overview of the Group companies in Japan and the United States and explaining career opportunities currently available at the Group.

Through promotional efforts conducted both domestically and internationally, we received more applications than the previous year as early as one month before the event. During the forum, our booth saw a higher-than-expected number of visitors, with some sessions reaching standing-room-only capacity-- indicating even stronger interest than last year. Many participants commented on the fact that over half of the Aderans Group's consolidated sales come from overseas operations, as well as the breadth of our business and product offerings. The event served as a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the importance of local information outreach, in light of the strong interest shown by job seekers in the United States.

In 17 countries and regions^*1, the Aderans Group has about 6,000 employees^*2 working on a global scale. We provide a wide range of high-quality products and services, including our core domestic brands such as Aderans (custom-made wigs) and Fontaine (ready-made wigs), as well as hair transplantation services by Bosley and hair systems for men and women by HairClub (HC) in North America. Operating in 236 locations outside Japan^*2, the overseas business currently accounts for over half of the Group's consolidated sales^*3.
