Disclosure Policy

1. General Policies

Aderans Holdings Co., Ltd. ("The Company") is committed to providing timely and appropriate information to shareholders and other investors to help them better understand the Company. To this end, we shall disclose information based on the following policies.

2. Disclosure Methods

Information for disclosure, as defined in the timely disclosure rules, is released, after prior briefing to the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE"), via the TSE's TDnet.
We post each piece of information publicized on TDnet and on our homepage promptly.
Information that does not require timely disclosure is disclosed via appropriate means, based on our assessment of its timeliness, with an emphasis on accuracy and fairness.

3. Forward-Looking Statements

The Company provides revenue and earnings forecasts to the TSE. We also may issue printed documents and provide on our website information on current plans and future forecasts that enable shareholders and other investors to form independent evaluations of the Company's future financial performance. In either case, information other than historical data is forward-looking in nature and reflects forecasts the Company has made based on information currently available. Such forward-looking statements involve a number of risks, uncertainties, and other factors that may cause actual results to differ from those projected. For this reason, we urge readers not to rely solely on such information when making investment decisions.

4. Quiet Period

To prevent any information affecting the stock price from being divulged during the preparation period of the data for the announcement of the accounts, we fix two or three weeks "quiet period" prior to the announcement of the accounts. During this period, the Company shall not make comments or respond to questions regarding its account settlement. However, it may transpire that, even during a quiet period, the Company needs to announce more accurate financial projections that differ from those previously announced. If such projections differ sufficiently so as to require timely disclosure, the Company shall disclose revised financial projections via the procedures outlined above.
