My name is Tadao Otsuki. I assumed the position of president and chief operating officer at Aderans Holdings on December 1, 2009. The operating environment is extremely challenging. But employees throughout the Aderans Group will work as a cohesive unit to address prevailing issues and elicit a turnaround in corporate performance as quickly as possible.
